In the Philippines, violence against women and children is getting to be extremely prevalent, especially in remote villages where local authorities have a difficult time reaching and supporting the victims.
The coronavirus pandemic has exacerbated this situation significantly. We aim to focus our assistance on supporting battered women by providing them food, livelihood and legal support.
With very few support systems and with relatives and neighbours in equally difficult situations, support for battered women is urgent and vital. Help us with this initiative. Thank you in advance for your generosity.

The money has been used to help build on-farm livelihood opportunities including planting crops, raising animals for food and income and the provision of household utensils and food.
